Bello Clipboard Manager keeps clipboard content on your Mac. The app does not upload your copied text, images, or files.
Belloware ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to your privacy. Bello Clipboard Manager is designed to process clipboard history locally on your device. Some limited data is processed when you use software updates and licensing features. Premium checkout is not yet publicly available.

The default instance name uses your Mac's local computer name plus a random install suffix. Bello Clipboard Manager does not read hardware serial numbers to create this name.

Bello Clipboard Manager does not use advertising SDKs or in-app analytics trackers. It currently relies on third-party infrastructure for updates and licensing (including Sparkle). Payment provider integration for premium checkout is planned for a future release.
This website (belloware.com) uses Google Analytics to understand page traffic. Website analytics are separate from app clipboard processing.
Bello Clipboard Manager is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By downloading or using Bello Clipboard Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App.
Belloware grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Bello Clipboard Manager for your personal or professional use on macOS devices that you own or control. This license does not allow you to:

Certain advanced features are planned for a one-time Premium plan purchase. Planned premium features include advanced search with rich syntax (filters, operators, and regex support).
The planned launch price is $14.99 USD as a one-time lifetime purchase. No recurring subscription is planned.
When premium licensing is publicly available, premium features will require license activation. A license is expected to support up to 6 active devices at a time, with device unbind/reactivation support.
The app may periodically validate active licenses. If the licensing service is temporarily unreachable, a limited offline grace period may apply. Premium access may be reduced or disabled if validation cannot be completed for an extended period.
When premium sales begin, payments will be processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are expected to be listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We plan to offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with a premium purchase, contact bello@belloware.com.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any features at any time. We are not obligated to provide updates or maintain any specific feature set beyond what is described at the time of purchase.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by Belloware. Your use of the App does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. BELLOWARE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BELLOWARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
